Mental Health

Your mental can be affected by many different things and can change throughout your entire life. It is so important that we take care of our mental health, the same way we look after our physical health. The first step, and the hardest one, is asking for help and support when you’re struggling with your mental health.

If you need to talk to someone, there are many on-campus and off campus resources that you can use which provide a safe non-judgemental space. In addition there are telephone helplines which provide over the phone listening services to anyone in need.

On-Site Counselling Services

The on-campus counselling services provide a safe space for students to receive professional counselling services from trained counsellors across the TU. This service is available to registered students of South East Technological University
